We have an excellent opportunity for a Principal Building Control Surveyor to join our Building Control Service here at Wokingham Borough Council, on a full-time, permanent basis.  

This is an exciting time to join us as we extend our shared service partnership with West Berkshire Council due to ongoing success and continued market growth. As part of our investment in service delivery and our commitment to maintaining and improving the build environment in our community, we are looking to expand our team of senior building control professionals.  

Golden Hello Payment 

As a commitment to the development of our team, new employees will be entitled to a Golden Hello payment of up to £6,000 (subject to successful completion of their probation period and length of service commitment).
