As a Team Leader, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the Homes Management Team to ensure our homes are safe, nurturing, and compliant with the highest standards.
What you’ll do:
- Support the day-to-day operational management of our Children's residential home.
- Coach and guide shift leaders, ensuring best practice and a child-centred approach.
- Help embed our therapeutic practice model into every aspect of care.
- Work closely with families, schools, and multi-agency partners to deliver holistic support.
- Champion safeguarding and equality, ensuring every child feels valued and heard.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in residential childcare or similar settings.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes for children and young people.
- Knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations and safeguarding practices.
