Children's Residential Team Leader

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the Homes Management Team to ensure our homes are safe, nurturing, and compliant with the highest standards.

What you’ll do:

• Support the day-to-day operational management of our Children's residential home.
• Coach and guide shift leaders, ensuring best practice and a child-centred approach.
• Help embed our therapeutic practice model into every aspect of care.
• Work closely with families, schools, and multi-agency partners to deliver holistic support.
• Champion safeguarding and equality, ensuring every child feels valued and heard.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in residential childcare or similar settings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes for children and young people.
• Knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations and safeguarding practices.
