An exciting opportunity has arisen for a temporary (two year) Senior Planning Officer in Development Management and Enforcement. The successful candidate will have a case load of enforcement cases, planning applications, appeals and requests for planning advice. There will be opportunities to present applications at Planning Committee.
You will be enthusiastic, motivated and have some experience of processing planning applications. You will have an understanding of planning legislation and policy and be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills. You will be able to evidence your customer care skills and are able to meet deadlines. A driving licence and access to a car is needed.
