The Adult Safeguarding Hub is recruiting for a Senior Social Worker to join the Wokingham Adult Safeguarding Hub.
We are looking for a Registered Senior Social Worker, with demonstrable experience of working in an Adult Safeguarding context under the Care Act 2014. You will be able to think systemically and have a commitment to developing others. You will be an excellent communicator and able to both lead and advise on complex safeguarding issues.
You will have a sound knowledge of relevant legislative frameworks and an ability to demonstrate a commitment to the principles of Making Safeguarding Personal whilst discharging your statutory duties.
You will be an excellent team player, confident, assertive, and able to work collaboratively with all stakeholders, with an ability to think flexibly and creatively in a solution focused and person-centred way.
