Salary: £25,419 - £29,174 (Grade 6)

We have a rare opportunity for a Learner Database and Quality Assurance Officer to join our small, friendly Adult Education team here at Wokingham Borough Council.
The successful candidate will manage our management Information system (Learner Track). You will create courses and input learner details, analyse performance data and present regular reports to managers and subcontractors. You will also produce bespoke data on request and will be responsible for ensuring that data submissions to the ESFA are timely and error free.
Working alongside colleagues, you will lead on quality assurance, reviewing policies, and processes and undertaking regular quality and compliance checks, including observations of teaching and learning both internally and with our sub-contractors.
Ideally you will have experience of adult education MIS systems and a working knowledge of the Education & Skills Funding Agency Rules. You should also be familiar with the requirements of Ofsted’s inspection framework.
The team is based at Shute End (currently working from home) and will offer a hybrid of home and office based work in the future.
